Drawn From Within was created for those moments when something inside you is stirring, asking for attention, but the path forward isn’t yet clear. Sometimes you can feel that something is present before you have words for it. Sometimes you don’t even know what it is that’s asking to be seen.
At the heart of this method is a simple belief: that we each carry an inner knowing, and that insight doesn’t always come from figuring things out, but from learning how to listen to ourselves.
Often, we don’t need new answers. We seek supportive ways to let what we already sense rise to the surface. That 'a-ha' moment that comes seemingly suddenly after listening to a podcast. Or a movie scene that makes you laugh until you cry and then realize, its not really about the movie and it sets in just how sad you may have really been feeling about a situation. We know. We just do.
Many people arrive carrying experiences that don’t move in straight lines: grief that lingers, transitions that reshape identity, a role or relationship changing, a body asking for care in a new way, or a quiet sense that life is inviting something new.
These experiences can pull us away from our instincts, even when they are trying to guide us and when we need them more than ever. This workshop was created as a way to gently return to that inner attunement.
It isn’t about artistic skill or self-improvement. It’s about cultivating trust.
Trust in your own instincts, your pacing, and your inner signals by slowing down and allowing what’s present to move through color, line, and awareness.
Here, drawing becomes a form of listening.
Especially when words fall short, or talking just isn't enough - this process offers another way to be in relationship with your inner landscape, your nervous system, your lived experience, without pressure to resolve anything.
Nothing needs to be fixed in this space.
You’re invited simply to be with yourself, honestly and kindly, and to allow clarity, insight, or next steps to emerge in their own time.
My intention is to offer a grounded, welcoming environment where people feel respected, unhurried, and free to arrive exactly as they are.
If you’re wondering whether I understand what you’re carrying, these are some of the paths I know well.
You don’t need to see your exact story here to belong.
You’re welcome here exactly as you are.
When life feels full or tender, starting with small, creative movement can be easier than starting with quiet.
You don’t need to know where you’re going, just where to begin.
